Hello, everybody!
I%26#39;m trying to make plans for the next Nepali trek,
slightly out of the crowds but not too ambitious
(something about or above moderate diffiluclty, around 2 weeks). Is Rolwalling Trek something like
this? Anybody been there? Would be thankful for every bit of personal experience .
Rolwalling Trek
Rolwaling is great ! I trekked there several years ago and was most impressed. STarting from the road at Charikot (though there%26#39;s now also a spur that goes the extra mile to Dolakha) we had a relatively gentle five days to Simigaon, then two slightly harder days to Beding, then oin to Na - very remote feel and spectacular scenery - it%26#39;s worth spending a day there and going up to see the Tsho Rolpa lake. We continued over the Teshi Lapcha, but that%26#39;s a bit serious ! To return from Na via yoyur outward route would make it a very good 2 week trek. Comapared with the Khumbu, the Annapurna area, or the Langtang the Rolwaling is almost empty !
