Hi guys, we need some ideas where we can do short 5-7 days treks early may. The catch is we need to be contactable via phone or email as have to touch base with our hospital every 2-3 days in case we are called back. We have international roaming on our phone and are from malaysia. We have a total of 12 days in nepal. Thanks for any input!

consider the above suggestions, or consider flying to Jomsom and then trekking down to Pokhara. Scenic and you should have good communications abilities all the way down. Worst case, you are one long day hike from an airport
