Weather conditions in January

Hi

I am thinking of travelling to Nepal late January visiting Kathmandu, Patan, Pokhara. We are not doing any trekking. I have been told that the weather is very cold and there can be alot of road closures so will be difficult getting about. Is this true???

Also is it quite easy to book tours and hotels etc when we get there and will this work out cheaper than booking in advance online?

If you are travelling to Nepal on coming January then weather will be cold but still you can visit some Temples and old heritage sites around Kathmandu and Pokhara because at the afternoon still weather will be nice,warm and you can view wonderful scenery of HImalayan Range even from Kathmandu and ofcourse from Pokhara too.

But whatever you have heared about the road block is fake information because even the road can%26#39;t block in monsoon season here in Nepal so there won%26#39;t be any chances to block the road because of the weather condition.

Similarly, yeah it will be cheaper to arrange your tour including the hotel once you are here.
