I am thinking about a trip to Kathmandu in October. Where can I find best deals on airfares? How much it generally cost for a round trip?

Hi Sophie. We are also going in Oct (from Melbourne) and were initially going to book Melb-Bangkok via a budget carrier then Thai airways to Kathmandu. We found that paying a slightly higher fare using Thai airways from Melb as well as the Bangkok-Kathmandu leg worked out cheaper overall (must be some sort of multiple fare deal). We booked through Flight Centre @ AUD $1985 pp return inc taxes etc.
