Hello, does anyone have ideas on finding a furnished/secure apartment in Kathmandu for about 10 weeks (May - Aug) in the Thapathali Chowk area?

In case you are still looking, we have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor flat in a 100 year old Rana house with a huge mature garden. The house is located at Hattisar, on the south side of the Chinese consulate--a block from the palace, a block from Durbar Marg, It is not in Thapathali--but i? is a straight shot. We will be gone from mid June to first of November. The flat can be taken for all or part of the time.

I%26#39;m too, planning a trip to Kathmandu somewhere from sept - dec, about 3 months. Wondering if anyone knows where/how to find a nice, secured apartment to stay near Boudha?

Ohh, i got the name wrong. I%26#39;m hoping to find a place near Boudhanath. Hopefully some eating place nearby?
