What to wear, what to bring

I%26#39;m off to Nepal in a couple of days and would like to know what kind of clothes should I bring and what essential items should I carry with me. My group is staying at a five star hotel but we%26#39;ll be taking a three day tour. thanks

T-shirts

Light and expedition weight thermal tops

Fleece jacket or pullover

Fleece Wind-Stopper jacket (optional)

Down vest and/or jacket (optional

Sun hat or scarf

Light balaclava or warm fleece hat

Sunglasses with UV protection

Sleeping bag rated to zero degrees F

Headlamp (e.g. Petzl Zoom) with spare bulbs and batteries

Basic First Aid Kit (see Health and Medicinal)
