I am not doing any hiking but lots of sightseeing. Are open toed travel shoes (similar to Tevas) an okay bet for footwear. Naturally they are well worn in.
Recommended footwear
Other than occasional mud, dung, uneven road and pavement surfaces, etc open-toed sandals are ok, but I%26#39;ve found trainers to be more comfortable when strolling around Kathmandu !
