How is the situation around chitwan national park at the moment. India has enormous flood in some areas, does Nepal have the same floods?

I know of the situation in bihar about the kosi river. The road between varanasi and sunauli is not in this area. Do you mean there is no flooding at all in the area around varanasi, gorakhpur and sunauli? Can I travel savely from varanasi to Chitwan mnational park by bus? I want to be really sure about the condition of this area, otherwise I may want to book a flight from delhi to kathmandu.
