We are in Goa India. Can we go to Kathmandu to renew our Indian Tourist Visa. Some people say you can, oyher people say you are not allowed to leave India, visit Nepal renew visa and return to India. Has anyone done the visa trip from India to Nepal and return.
We need to renew our visa in January.
