October is a good time to be going and 22 days is a decent amount of time to do a good trek.
Choose one of two main areas. Either Everest region or Annapurna region. Both areas then have a range of different treks of varying lengths.
I would plan to have a couple of days either end of your actual trek to enjoy Kathmandu and Bakhtapur and allow a days travelling between your chosen region %26amp; KTM.
