We have travelled both to Nagarkot and Dhukihil and had no problems at either place. Most likely you%26#39;ll travel there by automobile. We also did some extended walking around while there and had no difficulties. You really ought to try to get to either place, since if the weather is clear, there are amazing views. Regarding your question on altitude sickness with the Everest flight - none whatsoever.

Chances getting high altitude sickness rise when you reach a higher altitude then 3000 mtrs.
Don%26#39;t know how high Nagarkot is by head, but surely it is under 2000 mtrs, so no chance at all for high altitude problems!
My opinion; go to Nagarkot, forget about Dulikhel.
If you go to Nagarkot just to see Everest, then you might take a 1 hr mountainflight in mind then you%26#39;ll see the full range!
