itinerary questions

Hello Alicia1,

Greetings from Nepal,

Kathmandu Durbar Squar,Patan City,Swyambhunath Stupa,Boudhanath Stupa,Pashupatinath and Thamel area you may explore in one day if you take some vehicle and will take approxmately 5 to 6 hour but if you like to extend your explore to the Bhaktapur City then won%26#39;t be much suitable and all these places can%26#39;t see by foot for sure.

Would be worth to have some one with car or taxi to hang around all these above places. And one more place I like to add you is once if you be at the Bhaktapur don%26#39;t miss to get one nice and papular hill station cal Nagarkot which is 15Km north east from Bhaktapur City. Hope this will help you out..thanks

cheers

itinerary questions

Dear you can visit many places in kathmndu without guide and on foot if you walk, of course it is not possible in one day.

KRG.

You could do all of those places without a tour. Kathmandu is a very visitor friendly city and you can wander around. The only thing is maps of the city don%26#39;t really exist (ie you couldn;t walk around and hope to figure it out) but taxis are plentiful and the drivers are very friendly and willing to help you out. It might be worth it to hire a cab for a day (just find one day of trip and set a price) as some of the destinations are spread out..

I would suggest you take in Nagarkot as well- plan that for one day combined with Bhaktapur. It%26#39;s spectacular and would be a pity to miss.

Enjoy Nepal- it%26#39;s breathtaking.
