Can you advise me which company to use for this trek? When you cross a river using a suspension bridge, is this scary? Are there hand holds?

Yes, there are handholds. Watch out for all the touts on these boards who will undoubtedly offer you their services. They may be great guides but this is not what the boards are for.

It%26#39;s probably best to avoid crossing the bridges at the same time as the mule trains! Otherwise, they are quite sturdy and do have cable railings.
