Bus to Sunauli/Gorakhpur

How frequent bus move between Kathmandu and Sunauli or Gorakhpur. I have a train to catch from Gorakhpur at 7.30 PM in evening, would it be possible to get bus connecting it?

Bus to Sunauli/Gorakhpur

there are daily day and night buses to Bhairahawa from Kathmandu. From Bhairahawa, it is about 4 kilometeres to Sunauli. You could then take a bus to Gorakhpur from Sunauli.

Thanks for the quick reply and information. However, it would be really great if you can also supply time information. I have to book my train tickets and I would like to board a 4.30 PM train. Would it be possible to start late night from Kathmandu and catch this train?
